Football Recap (2020-21 school year)
The 2021 (Spring) Days Creek Football season consisted of a lot of challenges as well as some big rewards and accomplishments. With Riddle High School not having enough for a full 8-man squad, we decided on a co-op, which turned into a great experience for athletes from both schools. The team finished 5-0 with many of our athletes listed on the all-league squad, including returning Senior to be, Greg Reedy, 1st team Nose guard and Honorable Mention Center. Our other all-league selections were all Seniors and are highly credited for our success last season. Looking into this Fall 2021 season, our young squad will have some big shoes to fill as we pursue continuing our competitive style of playing the 8-man game. I, along with the rest of our coaching staff are looking forward to what challenges lie ahead for our program and how we can pursue excellence through them.
